COVID UPDATES
HOURS:
Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm / Saturday 8:00am - 4:00pm / Sunday - CLOSED
Up to a maximum of 5 customers in the store at a time.
1. We will continue to accept in person, phone, fax, text and e-mail orders.
2. We will continue to provide delivery, however our drivers will not assist with the placement of materials and supplies inside your building.
3. When necessary we will limit the number of customers entering into the store to ensure that the mandated social distancing is possible.
4. We will require payment in full via debit or credit for all special item orders.
5. Payment for all purchases should be made by credit card or debit rather than by cash.
6. Our friendly greeting will not include handshaking.
7. We have adjusted our cleaning practices to comply with the recommendations made for COVID-19 sanitization in the workplace.
8. You should not come to our store if any of the following apply to you:
a) You exhibit any of the Covid-19 symptoms which include fever, cough, difficulty breathing, muscle aches, fatigue, headache, sore throat and runny nose.
b) You are being tested or are awaiting test results for Covid-19.
c) You have been in close contact with anyone who has or has had Covid-19 or exhibits symptoms of Covid-19, is being tested or is awaiting test results.
d) You have travelled outside of Ontario in the last 15 days.
e) You are currently supposed to be in self quarantine or mandated quarantine.
Should any of these apply we will take all steps necessary to receive via other means, process your payment remotely and deliver your order to you.
9.) In response to COVID-19, operational hours may be altered to best serve the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers.
Our store will continue to monitor the recommendations by the Public Health Agencies and will work to ensure safety measures are strictly adhered to by all staff so that we can continue to offer a safe and healthy shopping experience for our community.
